“Freight” by Petra Zanki is 60 mins. site-specific dance performance for 11 dancers and 4 musicians that explores the idea of immigration through the individual experiences. Sourcing from personal experience, this work is about the in-between life of an immigrant and challenges immigrants face and experience. Through movement and physicality, I explored different, often conflicting emotions and thoughts, translating them into a unique dance work.
